Our cover system with aluminum flaps is a durable and practical solution for both standard dump trailers and agricultural tipper trailers. The system is designed with ease of use, capacity, and long service life in mind.

Thanks to the robust steel/aluminum construction, the cover system is strong and capable of withstanding intensive use. The aluminum folding flaps allow the trailer to be completely closed, while when open, the top edge remains fully free. This makes it possible to load high volumes and make optimal use of the available loading space.

The system is universally applicable and comes complete with two drive sets and aluminum folding flaps (up to a flap length of 7 meters). In addition, two lifting arms and two steering arms are included, along with all necessary mounting materials. The gears and lifting arms feature splines for strong and reliable power transmission. The hydraulics are fully assembled and delivered ready for use.

For a clean finish, the system is painted in a RAL color of your choice. A front bulkhead extension is also available, aligning neatly with the cover system.

The system can be installed by us either in Reusel or on-site. It is also possible for us to manufacture the system, allowing you to install it yourself.
